Ritter Solutions was created to help connect small and medium businesses with the experience, tools, and capabilities of larger businesses. 

Our Vision

Based near Houston, Texas, we offer services anywhere in the United States.  We've created a network of part-time, contract, and full-time professionals who are able to help businesses for just a few hours a week, all the way up to dedicating their full schedule to a client.  This flexibility helps clients tailor our services to meet their budgetary, volume, and growth needs.

As remote work becomes more widely accepted and the tools that make it possible grow stronger and more robust, Ritter Solutions adds strength to growing businesses by helping them connect with talented professionals who will support their success, earlier than if the business had to bring them in as full time employees.

Our Leadership

Dan Ritter
Principal & Founder

Dan brings a wealth of sales, operations, and leadership experience to Ritter Solutions. After graduating from Baylor University, he started his career in outside sales with Capps Van and Truck Rental, a Texas based vehicle rental company, where he was responsible for generating new business by calling on commercial and industrial clients who were in need of long term flexible vehicle services.

Dan moved into the oilfield, joining AXON Energy Products, an engineered-to-order manufacturer of oilfield equipment, where his roles in the pressure products division exposed him to inside sales, proposals, project management, manufacturing, and supplier relationships.

The next phase of Dan's career took him to one of the

world's largest electrical supply distribution companies, Rexel.  There Dan was instrumental in creating a cohesive national strategy for growing the energy efficient lighting channel by connecting customers with electric utility sponsored rebates.  Dan oversaw a team of inside salespeople who prepared total cost of ownership proposals, lighting layout designs, disposal estimates and rebate applications.  Dan created a team of rebate specialists whose mission was to oversee the processing of and application for incentives.  Later Dan hired, trained, deployed, and managed a team of salespeople in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain Plains regions.

Dan is certified in production and inventory management, with demonstrated expertise in executing, controlling, and improving the operations that take place within the four walls of an organization.  He is passionate about American enterprise and aggressively pursues opportunities to solve business challenges.
